I have written a number of articles on the Internet, web design and typographic issues for magazines such as Publish, AIGA Baltimore and AIGA Las Vegas newsletters and a number of web sites. I have spoken at conferences in the USA and Germany on issues including Usability, Internet Privacy, User Experience, Internet Marketing, Design Education, Typography on the Web and the history of type design.
I have designed over 60 commercial typefaces, including 10 for Adobe/EyeWire, 2 for Prototype and 9 for T-26. My type is carried by over a dozen different companies and has been used in advertising campaigns and product design. I am also co-owner of About Type Foundry, a type distributor (http://www.abouttype.com).
Other Freelance work
A series of eight sports T-shirts for Cool Threadz, design of the Labor Day Classic Program - 1994, various brochures and promotional materials for freelance clients, web sites for Art & Technology, Reptec, and Market Works. I also consult to a number of companies on their Internet marketing strategies.
